Personal-Data Processing Policy — WLIST.dev

This Policy defines how the personal data of users of the WLIST.dev service is processed (the “Operator”).

The Policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Using the Service constitutes the user’s unconditional consent to the terms of this Policy.

1.2. If the user disagrees, they must stop using the Service.

2. Data Processed

At registration:

• Email (login and account confirmation)
• Password (stored only as a cryptographic hash)

At payment:

• Email for the fiscal receipt
• Technical payment data (amount, transaction ID)

While using the Service:

• The connecting device’s IP address (only during an active session, not logged)
• Volume of transferred traffic (for billing)
• Session times (for billing)
• Device identifier (for the device limit)

The Operator does NOT collect or store:

• the websites you visit;
• the contents of transferred data;
• DNS queries;
• geolocation beyond the IP address.

3. Purposes of Processing

• providing access to the Service;
• settlements for services;
• advisory support;
• compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation (including Federal Law No. 54).

4. Legal Grounds

• the user’s consent to processing;
• performance of the agreement (the Public Offer);
• compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

5. Storage Terms

5.1. Data is stored:

• on the Operator’s servers;
• in encrypted form;
• for no more than 3 years from the last activity.

5.2. After this period, it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Transfer to Third Parties

In other cases, transfer occurs only with the user’s consent.

7. Protection Measures

• HTTPS / TLS for all connections;
• encryption of data at rest;
• restricted employee access;
• regular security updates.

8. User Rights

• to receive information about the fact of processing;
• to require clarification, blocking, or destruction of data;
• to withdraw consent at any time via support@wlist.dev;
• to appeal the Operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or a court.

9. Cookies

The wlist.dev website does not use cookies for marketing purposes. A technical session cookie (HttpOnly) is used only to maintain an authorized session in the Account.

10. Policy Changes

The Operator may make changes unilaterally. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website.
